1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Threshold application and related services (the "Service"), operated by JenUwin Entertainment ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Threshold is an interactive reflective practice space. Use of the Service is offered free of charge. You may optionally leave a tip to support development.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
4. Payments and Merchant of Record
Tips are one-time payments. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By submitting payment information you authorize Paddle to charge the amount you select to your chosen payment method. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. All amounts are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with operation, scraping or copying content for resale, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that may harm the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
8. Intellectual property
The Service and its content (excluding content you submit) are owned by JenUwin Entertainment and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Service is offered for reflection and personal exploration; it is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JenUwin Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
