Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how JenUwin Entertainment("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Threshold application (the "Service").

Our role

JenUwin Entertainment is the data controller for personal information collected through the Service.

Information we collect

  • Account information: if you create an account, we store your email address and any display name you provide.
  • Practice data: reflections, favorites, and session history you choose to save are stored to power your account.
  • Payment information: when you make a tip, payment is processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We do not see or store your full card details. Paddle shares limited information with us such as transaction amount, currency, country, and an order identifier.
  • Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) to operate and protect the Service.

How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To process tips and other payments.
  • To communicate with you about your account or important changes.
  • To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.

Legal basis for processing

We process personal information on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Service and process tips you request); legitimate interests (to secure, operate, and improve the Service, and to prevent fraud); consent (where you have given it, such as for optional communications, and which you may withdraw at any time); and compliance with legal obligations (such as tax, accounting, and responding to lawful requests).

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record, which handles payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds for all orders.
  • Service providers and subprocessors that help us run the Service (e.g., hosting and database infrastructure).
  • Professional advisers (such as legal and accounting) where reasonably necessary.
  • Authorities where required by law.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption of stored credentials, access controls limiting who can access data, and regular review of our infrastructure providers' security practices. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data retention

We retain account and practice data for as long as your account is active. Payment records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
