Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to tips and other payments made to JenUwin Entertainmentthrough the Threshold application. Payments are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which is responsible for processing refunds.
Tips are voluntary
Tips on Threshold are voluntary, one-time contributions in support of ongoing development. They are not a purchase of goods or unlocking of additional features.
Refund window
You may request a full refund of any tip within 14 days of the original transaction date, for any reason. Refund requests submitted after 14 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
How to request a refund
The fastest way to request a refund is directly through Paddle at paddle.net, using the email address you used at checkout. You can also contact us through the contact channel listed on our site and include:
- the email address used at checkout,
- the approximate date and amount of the tip, and
- the Paddle receipt or order number, if available.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Disputes
If you believe a charge on your statement is unauthorized, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution.
