I help people rediscover what they’re capable of through presence, story, and practice. With over a decade of experience across classrooms, stages, libraries, and leadership spaces, I design learning experiences that blend STEAM, social-emotional growth, and performance into moments people feel in their bodies and remember long after.
My work is rooted in a simple belief: when effort is honored and curiosity is protected, skill grows — and joy becomes something we can share with others.
The FlameKeeper philosophy grew out of years of watching what actually helps people flourish — in schools, in leadership teams, and in themselves. It’s not a program you complete. It’s a way of being you practice.
